We are seeking a Partnership & Client Acquisition Manager to help expand our brand’s presence through collaborations with top hotels, restaurants, clubs, and lifestyle venues across Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage partnerships with luxury hotels, restaurants, clubs, and lifestyle destinations in Dubai.
  • Develop creative client acquisition and marketing campaigns to drive new customer visits.
  • Represent Elaris at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to grow brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
  • Track and analyze performance to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Based in Dubai with strong connections in hospitality, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Confident, outgoing, and passionate about luxury beauty and client relations.
