In this role you willown the success of our resellers ensuring they maximize the value of Easygenerator through a tailored hands‑on approach. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each partner’s unique setup goals and challenges providingcustomized strategiesthat drive engagement retention and growth. Success in this role requiresstrong relationship management project execution and the ability to navigate complex multi‑dimensional partnerships.

As an Easygenerator Partner Success Manager you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of reseller partners working closely with them to ensure long‑term success.
  • Develop and executetailored engagement strategiesto help partners drive adoption revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Understand each reseller's business model and goals offering bespoke solutions that align Easygenerator's capabilities with their needs.
  • Act as astrategic advisor proactively identifying opportunities for improvement innovation and increased partner success.
  • Facilitate regular check‑ins business reviews and success planning sessions to maintain strong high‑value relationships.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally withSales Product Support and Marketing teamsto ensure partners receive the necessary tools resources and insights.
  • Serve as thevoice of the partner advocating for their needs and helping shape Easygenerator's reseller enablement strategy.
Who are we looking for
