Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a seasoned Partner Program leader to own and evolve the partner program, including structure, benefits, incentives, and governance. You will drive annual and quarterly planning and shape cross-functional collaboration.

You will design scalable onboarding, activation, and lifecycle processes, identify automation opportunities with AI, define performance metrics, and deliver dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling programs in SaaS.
• Experience simplifying complex business processes and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in leveraging automation and AI to drive operational excellence.
• Experience with GTM and Partner software such as Salesforce, Euler, Crossbeam, or Gong.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the OpenSesame Partner Program, including structure, benefits, incentives, and governance.
• Lead annual and quarterly partner planning cycles and strategic planning frameworks.
• Design and optimize operational processes across onboarding, activation, and partner lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve team productivity using AI.
• Define partner performance metrics and develop reporting dashboards and executive insights.
• Partner with GTM Enablement to improve partner onboarding and certification.
• Manage and develop a Partner Program Associate and interns.
