Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking an entry-level Welder to join our team in Sharjah. The role involves fabricating and repairing metal structures using various welding techniques. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

The position is part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with a monthly salary of AED 1,400, negotiable based on experience. The candidate should be Indian with a valid visa in Sharjah and fluent in English. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian national with a valid visa in Sharjah.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Part-time availability (minimum 20 hours per week).
• Welding training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure accuracy and quality
• Monitor equipment and adjust settings to ensure proper weld formation
• Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
