Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Notary Public in preparing and notarizing legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and powers of attorney.
• Witness signatures and verify the identity of signers.
• Maintain accurate records of notarized documents.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for notarization services.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
