Job Description
We are looking for a female to join our team as a Part-Time Meeting & Follow-up Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing meetings, follow-ups, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings (both online and in-person)
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up summaries
- Track and monitor assigned action items
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with administrative and documentation-related tasks
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for part-time and flexible working hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
