EliteHire is seeking a part-time Waiter/Waitress for an Indian cuisine restaurant in Ajman, UAE. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires prior waiter/waitress experience, strong English communication, the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, plus a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Competitive salary and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant serving Indian cuisine is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate orders from customers and provide recommendations if needed.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments through cash or POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station.
• Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events.
