We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress with experience in Indian cuisine to join our team in Ajman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, take orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are set up properly and clean before and after each use
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
• Monitor table turnover to ensure efficient service
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate food delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in Indian cuisine
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
