Position: Part-Time Chief Executive Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Commitment: Up to 20 hours per week, flexible within 08:00–14:00 UAE time

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a cacao farming and trading venture with operations in the Philippines. The CEO will provide strategic direction, oversee business management, and drive international sales and risk management. The detailed scope of responsibilities will be confirmed with the board during the initial phase.

Skills

• 5–10 years of proven senior leadership, ideally at CEO or Managing Director level
• Demonstrated success in agriculture or agribusiness, preferably within commodity trading
• Direct experience working in or with the Philippines (essential)
• Strong expertise in risk management, sales growth, and international operations
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino or other Philippine languages is an advantage
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
