Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality with a valid biometric passport
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques for different breads and pastries
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce high quality products
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Ensure high quality and consistent products are produced at all times
• Monitor product inventory and communicate with management when supplies need to be replenished
• Create new recipes or modify existing ones based on customer preferences or dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety regulations
