Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai seeks a highly skilled Structures BIM Modeler to deliver parametric BIM models for marine and coastal projects. You will collaborate with the project team to meet LOD and BIM standards while ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities include supporting the BIM Coordinator, developing 3D/2D models, clash detection, and extraction for analysis and reporting, coordinating with designers and engineers, and delivering PIMs per CDE protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 6–8 years BIM experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years of Revit experience and proficiency in CAD design (AutoCAD).
• Ability to set up new Revit project files and develop Revit families according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation.
• Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.
• Ensure coordination of all model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.
