Job Details

Our client is looking for a paralegal with real estate background. Salary level 25k AED a month Strong lease drafting experience as the role will involve drafting special conditions to leases as well as advising the business directly on a wide variety of lease / licence queries. Experience of the Rental Dispute Committee and ability to organize documents, timelines and advise the business on process.

Possesses solid legal technical expertise as well as sound business and people judgement sense. Hands-on and independent in managing complex matters both individually and across the wider business.

Excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic Speaking, Reading & Writing is essential. Experience in general real estate, corporate and disputes, previous in-house experience an advantage.

Supporting the Data Protection Officer and Compliance Officer where necessary.

Key Accountabilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, coordinating tasks internally and externally.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating legal deliverables, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, including reports, presentations, project files, creating, updating, and archiving legal documents.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor and track legal budgets, supporting Senior Legal Administrator where necessary.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and facilitating communication within the department.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing and distributing regular reports (as required by our shareholder) on litigation and departmental updates.
