Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role in real estate or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's regulatory environment and government processes.
  • Experience with real estate contracts and agreements as well as project registration.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
  • Proactive and eager to grow with a newly established company.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean team environment.

  • Review and draft contracts, MOUs, SPAs, and development-related documents.
  • Liaise with external law firms and government authorities such as RERA, DLD.
  • Support project registration and compliance with region's real estate regulations.
  • Conduct initial legal review of documentation, highlighting risks and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain legal registers and oversee structured document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support legal documentation for senior leadership.
