A leading international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Dubai office. Working closely with Partners, this role supports the legal operations of the practice with a strong focus on corporate and regulatory work across offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client enquiries on the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of companies and partnerships.
  • Explain setup costs, regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations.
  • Prepare formation documents and manage post‑formation filings.
  • Draft agreements, resolutions, minutes, and other legal documentation.
  • Manage document legalisation and apostille processes.
  • Prepare submissions to Cayman and BVI authorities and coordinate related filings.
  • Support internal administrative tasks, including opinions, certificates, and statutory registers.
  • Draft client correspondence, fee summaries, and standard corporate documents.
Experience & Skills
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within an international law firm or professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of instructions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑focused approach.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
