Paralegal – International Law Firm | Dubai

A leading international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Dubai office. Working closely with Partners, this role supports the legal operations of the practice with a strong focus on corporate and regulatory work across offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling client enquiries on the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of companies and partnerships
  • Explaining setup costs, regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations
  • Preparing formation documents and managing post-formation filings
  • Drafting agreements, resolutions, minutes, and other legal documentation
  • Managing document legalisation and apostille processes
  • Preparing submissions to Cayman and BVI authorities and coordinating related filings
  • Supporting internal administrative tasks, including opinions, certificates, and statutory registers
  • Drafting client correspondence, fee summaries, and standard corporate documents
Experience & Skills:
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within an international law firm or professional services environment
  • Ability to manage high volumes of instructions under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach
  • High level of written and spoken English
