Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support across corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in legal support roles, preferably in international corporate settings, and must hold an LLB or LLM. Responsibilities include managing contracts, compliance documentation, and assisting with legal queries. The role may involve some travel, particularly to Sharjah Hamriyah Freezone.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to international corporate structures, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Experience managing governance and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide high-quality legal support across our corporate operations.

Qualifications
  • LLB or LLM from a UK university or equivalent from a common law jurisdiction
  • Paralegal certification (e.g., NALP, ILEX, or local equivalent) is advantageous
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal support roles, including private practice and in-house settings
  • Exposure to international corporate structures, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors (EPCI or similar)
  • Experience managing governance and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Maintain and update legal documentation and compliance records for multiple jurisdictions
