Job Title - Paralegal
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and improving legal systems, compliance trackers, and contract management tools to ensure all agreements, corporate licences, board papers, and other documents are accurate, organised, audit-ready, and easy to access
Supporting legal & compliance initiatives across the business, including training sessions, policy updates, vendor onboarding, and process improvements
Providing administrative support to department lawyers and managing matters with tight deadlines to ensure timely completion
Managing corporate and statutory requirements across the UAE and international entities, working closely with global offices, affiliates, and external counsel
Acting as the main point of contact for all legal documentation support, coordinating between internal teams (Social, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance) and external counsel to ensure documents are properly provided, managed, aligned with legal and compliance requirements, and delivered in line with business objectives
Conducting legal and compliance research to support ongoing legal and compliance matters across different jurisdictions
Supporting dispute management and regulatory inquiries in coordination with department lawyers and external counsels
Assisting with the improvement of internal templates, compliance frameworks, training materials, and governance processes as the brand grows globally
Assisting on special project execution
Assist the legal and company secretarial teams with KYC matters
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field from a recognised university, or equivalent practical experience
2-4 year's experience of corporate / commercial experience, ideally in an international company
