Job summary

Unit8 is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer to join our UAE team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver Foundry-based data solutions for clients, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and help establish our UAE presence. Relocation and immigration support are provided.

You’ll work on data pipelines, ontologies, and security-conscious deployments while engaging with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms.
• Strong Python and PySpark skills with hands-on data pipeline work.
• Experience designing ontologies and data connections in Foundry.

This role is based in the UAE and includes relocation from Switzerland with full immigration and relocation support.**Requirements**### About the RoleAs one of the first members of Unit8’s team in the UAE, you will help deliver Foundry solutions for clients while contributing to the growth of our presence in the region.You will work directly with client teams to understand their data and operational challenges, then design and build solutions that address them. The role combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration across business and technical teams. You will also contribute your technical perspective during early client discussions and help shape practical approaches to new opportunities.**What You’ll Do*** Design, build, deploy and maintain data solutions using Palantir Foundry.* Develop and troubleshoot data pipelines and processing systems using Foundry and relevant open-source or proprietary technologies.* Build and maintain Foundry components such as Ontologies, pipelines, and user-facing applications.* Apply sound engineering practices for testing, data quality, performance, security and maintainability.* Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify problems and translate business needs into technical solutions.* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product owners and client teams in an agile environment.* Contribute to technical discovery and solution scoping for prospective and ongoing engagements.* Help establish Unit8’s engineering and delivery approach in the UAE, sharing knowledge with colleagues and supporting the growth of the local team.### **About You**We are looking for an experienced **Palantir** **Foundry Engineer** with a passion for data and solving complex client challenges.
