• Prepare and apply finishes: Paint and polish surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelines
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings: Work with vinyl, fabric, and foil, and maintain caulked, grouted, wooden and masonry surfaces with stain, varnish and lacquer
• Maintain tools and equipment: Keep painting tools, equipment and work areas in excellent condition
• Manage painting supplies: Oversee inventory and ensure paints and solvents are stored safely
