Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Mason to preserve the hotel's facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces. The role focuses on safety, functionality, and delivering a high standard of hospitality through reliable upkeep.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry tasks as part of the daily routine. As part of a global hospitality leader, you will coordinate with team members to respond to requests quickly, complete preventive inspections, and uphold Hilton's

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry tasks.
• Strong commitment to guest safety and property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
