Job summary

A leading retail and hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Paid Social Media Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across social platforms like Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience, a strong grasp of campaign structures, and the ability to analyze performance metrics. Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on paid social media experience with a focus on Meta.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM and campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with ROI Hunter or Branch is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor budgets and performance against KPIs.
  • Execute A/B tests and maintain data accuracy.
