We are looking for a proactive Paid Search & SEO Growth Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of both paid search and organic SEO campaigns. This role is hands‑on and growth‑focused, perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing data, testing strategies, and contributing to measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to expand their expertise in search marketing and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to optimize landing pages and ad copy.
  • Help manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing under guidance from managers.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and assist in presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing support roles.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization techniques.
