Key Responsibilities
This role involves checking items for damage, packaging them properly, labeling them, and preparing them for transport. Packers work in a warehouse or distribution center and help ensure orders are sent out on time and in good condition.
- Pack products into boxes or containers to prevent damage during shipping.
- Follow instructions on how to pack and label each order.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Make sure orders are correct and complete.
- Label packages with the correct shipping information.
- Attach any required paperwork (like packing slips).
- Keep track of packing materials (e.g., boxes, tape).
- Help keep the packing area clean and organized.
- Work with other team members to meet packing goals.
- Help with other warehouse tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing job is helpful but not required.
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic math skills to count products.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 1,500.00 per month
Ability to Commute/Relocate
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer‑provided relocation package (Required).
