Job summary

Julphar is seeking an experienced Team Leader for the OSD plant in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee granulation, compression, coating, and packaging operations while ensuring GMP, regulatory alignment, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy or related field with relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum 6–10 years in OSD pharma manufacturing with supervisory exposure.
• Strong documentation and GMP/compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage OSD production operations (granulation, compression, coating, packaging).
• Ensure production plans align with schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, engineering, and supply chain to ensure smooth material flow.
• Lead CAPA investigations, deviations, change controls, and documentation
• Supervise staff, train on SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and support internal audits.
