Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the UAE is seeking packaging helpers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assist with daily packaging, labeling, sorting and handling of products while maintaining quality, safety and hygiene standards, and support with loading/unloading as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail; successful candidates are hardworking, punctual, physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and capable of following supervisor

Qualifications

• Hardworking, punctual and responsible.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic English/Hindi/Urdu communication is an advantage.
• Previous experience in packaging or production is preferred but not mandatory.
• UAE work experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, seal, and label products properly.
• Arrange and handle packaging materials such as cartons, boxes, plastic, tape, and labels.
• Count, sort, and inspect products before packing.
• Safely move and place packed products in designated areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
• Assist production staff with packaging and related activities.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrectly packed products to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Follow instructions given by the supervisor and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production and packaging targets.
• Perform other general helper duties as required by the company.

Candidates will be responsible for assisting with product packaging, sorting, labeling, handling, and other related production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
