Job summary

Exotic Colors by Maysari in Abu Dhabi seeks a talented Graphic Designer with UAE experience to join the Marketing Department. You will craft packaging, branding, and campaign visuals, ensuring brand consistency for retail products.

The role requires proficiency in print-ready artwork, strong Adobe CC skills, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver production-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of previous design work is required.
• High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong experience in packaging design for retail products.
• Knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation (bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with AI tools for image generation or editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging and labels for retail products, including boxes, bags, stickers and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and production with dielines, bleed and CMYK setup.
• Create brand identity materials such as logos, guidelines, typography, color systems and business cards.
• Design social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets and marketing materials.
• Support product launches and brand campaigns with creative concepts.
• Use AI tools to assist concept creation, image editing and content development.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies and internal teams to finalize artwork on time.
• Submit concepts and final layouts for approval and revise as needed.
• Review final artwork before printing/publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
