Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a Manpower Supply or Overseas Recruitment company.
  • Strong understanding of overseas recruitment procedures and UAE manpower market.
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven personality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents in India.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to deployment.
  • Communicate with client companies to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and procurement departments.
  • Prepare and verify recruitment documents.
  • Maintain detailed records of deployment and client assignments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and candidate handovers.
  • Ensure candidates meet medical and qualification requirements.
  • Prepare weekly reports on recruitment progress.
  • Support management in planning recruitment drives.
