Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a Manpower Supply or Overseas Recruitment company.
- Strong understanding of overseas recruitment procedures and UAE manpower market.
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven personality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents in India.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to deployment.
- Communicate with client companies to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR and procurement departments.
- Prepare and verify recruitment documents.
- Maintain detailed records of deployment and client assignments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and candidate handovers.
- Ensure candidates meet medical and qualification requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment progress.
- Support management in planning recruitment drives.
