You will plan routes, coordinate delivery with internal teams, monitor progress, and train clients during handover while maintaining ongoing communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree, a valid driving licence, and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Valid driving licence and confident driving skills.
• Experience in operations, vehicle delivery, or field deployment within automotive, logistics, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective cross-functional communication and working proficiency in English.
• A proactive, responsible mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

On behalf of our partner, an international technology company expanding its vehicle operations into the Middle East, we are looking for an Overseas Operations Manager to lead vehicle delivery and road testing in the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and survey new routes, collect route data, and conduct road tests.
• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide client training during vehicle handover and maintain communication before and after delivery.
• Perform basic hardware maintenance, primarily replacing spare parts and exterior components.
