Job summary

Bloomberg TV in Dubai is seeking an experienced Output Producer for a 12-month maternity cover, joining our fast-paced EMEA team to deliver market-moving news and analysis across our TV, digital and social platforms.

You will write scripts, commission graphics, adapt content for global audiences, and collaborate with senior producers to ensure timely, accurate production under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of live television output producing experience.
• A deep understanding of financial markets, economics, and global business news.
• Strong writing, with the ability to explain complex stories clearly and concisely.

In the midst of a historic time in the Media industry, Bloomberg Media is growing its global footprint and reach through new innovations from Originals to New Economy.

Bloomberg TV is looking for an Output Producer to join our EMEA team in Dubai for a 12-month maternity cover contract focusing on our Horizons Middle East and Africa show.

This is a role for an experienced live television producer who can quickly become a key member of a fast-paced team delivering market-moving news and analysis across one of the world's most dynamic regions.

• Write scripts, commission graphics, and create visual elements that bring clarity and impact to complex business and market stories
• Adapt and produce content for Bloomberg's global TV, digital, and social platforms, reaching a worldwide audience
• Take direction from senior producers while executing tasks quickly and accurately with minimal supervision

You’ll Need To Have

• 3-5+ years of live television output producing experience in a news, business, or financial news environment
• A deep understanding of financial markets, economics, and global business news
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain complex stories clearly and concisely
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
• Clear and effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
• The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new workflows, and become productive in a fast-paced environment

We’d Love To See

• Experience producing live business or financial television programming
• Knowledge of Middle East and Africa markets, economies, and geopolitical developments
