American Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced oncology nurse to coordinate and deliver outpatient cancer care. You will assess patient needs, educate families, coordinate with surgeons, oncologists and other specialists, and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment.

The role requires a nursing degree, RN registration, and current BLS/ACLS certification. A postgraduate specialty is preferred; UAE licensure is essential for practice. This position is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (minimum of three years full‑time course duration) or
• Degree in Nursing (minimum two years course duration) with RN registration from eligible countries.
• Must hold valid license/registration to practice in home country or last country of employment.
• A valid BLS or ACLS certification is required.
• Postgraduate degree in Nurse Management/Advanced Clinical Specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
• Coordinates care plans and schedules with other healthcare professionals such as oncologists and radiation therapists.
• Educates patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and side effects; offers emotional support.
• Maintains accurate medical records and communicates effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients and families.
