How does your working day look like

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone email and online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through the reservation process providing accurate information about availability seating options and special requests.
• Use the reservation system to record and manage reservations accurately making necessary updates and modifications as needed.
• Monitor reservation patterns and effectively manage table utilization to maximize seating capacity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries concerns and special requests from guests.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable dining options based on their preferences dietary restrictions and special occasions.
• Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient seating arrangements and minimize wait times for guests.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating of reservations.
• Manage waitlists effectively providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed about their status.
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for new guests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Stay up to date with restaurant offerings menus and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining reservation records generating reports and managing customer databases.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of special events and group reservations.
