Job summary

A catering and events company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated hunter to secure large-scale catering contracts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Outdoor/B2B sales experience in the GCC, a strong network, and exceptional negotiation skills. This role requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with attractive compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is a hunter role requiring a highly motivated individual to prospect, secure, and manage large-scale catering contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the events landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new catering opportunities within the corporate events, exhibitions, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sector, and high-end private functions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers, event organizers, PR agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized, detailed catering proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close high-value contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our catering offerings remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with luxury standards.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with the Kitchen Operations and Events Planning teams to ensure seamless execution of sold events.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the division's revenue goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven Outdoor/B2B Sales experience, specifically within the catering, hospitality, events or F&B sector in the GCC.
  • Network: Possesses a strong existing network of corporate clients, event planners, or venue managers in the [Specific Market, e.g., UAE/Saudi] market.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
