Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi seeks an OT Lead Analyst to serve as the liaison officer for the OT SOC Sector Domain, coordinating activities and communications with sector stakeholders. You will support incident response and threat hunting efforts while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• CISSP and/or GIAC certifications are preferred.
• Sector-related certifications are preferred.
• Strong people and process management skills.
• Program management experience including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
• Ability to lead a team with good coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold and provide sector-specific knowledge for all activities (incident response, threat hunting, etc.).
• Coordinate mutual efforts between the OT SOC and the sector, e.g., mutual incident response investigations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders like suppliers, customers and incident response and security teams.
• Create and maintain understanding of global/sector cybersecurity risks and market requirements, including regulations and standards.
• Support customers and teams with sector cybersecurity questions and questionnaires.
• Represent OT SOC as a thought leader in customer discussions regarding cybersecurity and sector-related topics.
• Perform assessments to monitor adherence to cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Actively contribute to identifying, managing and reducing cybersecurity risks.
• Support and drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
