Job summary

Transgulf Readymix is seeking an Operations Technology (OT) Engineer to support the development rollout and optimization of advanced operational systems across our production and logistics environment in Dubai.

You will work with industrial equipment control systems, system integration, data flow monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to boost efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• 13 years of experience in industrial automation or technical environments.
• Basic understanding of control systems instrumentation or connected devices.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning-oriented mindset.
• UAE driving license preferred.
