Job summary

Orthodontist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We seek an experienced orthodontist to diagnose, prevent and treat dental and facial irregularities in a full-time, permanent capacity.

The candidate will provide preventive services, develop treatment plans, apply and adjust braces, and educate patients. A degree in Dentistry with Orthodontics specialization is required, with UAE license or eligibility and at least 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Dentistry with specialization in Orthodontics from an accredited institution or equivalent qualification.
• Must have a UAE license or eligibility for licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Orthodontist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine teeth using x-rays and diagnostic equipment to assess orthodontic treatment needs.
• Develop treatment plans to correct misalignments of teeth or jaws.
• Apply braces and adjust appliances to move teeth into desired positions.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and dietary recommendations.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Orthodontist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. The Orthodontist will also provide preventive services and educational outreach with the goal of improving oral health outcomes.

• Examine teeth using x-rays, dental instruments and other diagnostic equipment to assess orthodontic treatment needs.
• Develop treatment plans to correct misalignments of the teeth or jaws.
• Adjust orthodontic appliances to produce and maintain proper bite, as well as apply braces to teeth and adjust them periodically in order to move teeth into desired positions.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of their treatment plan.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene habits and recommend dietary modifications as needed.
• Maintain patient records including medical histories, lab results, radiographs or other diagnostic images.

• Degree in Dentistry with specialization in Orthodontics from an accredited institution or equivalent qualification is required.
• Must have a valid UAE license or eligibility for licensure from the appropriate regulatory authority.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Orthodontist is preferred but not essential.
