Job summary

Workato in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide orthodontic care, including braces, removable appliances, archwires, and other corrective devices, and will perform examinations and diagnostics.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Dental Science, a recognized orthodontics certification, and at least five years of practice. Immigration-friendly employer; salary offered is 1400 AED per month; on-site position with ongoing patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Science or equivalent.
• Certification in orthodontics from a recognized institution/board.
• At least five years experience practicing as an Orthodontist.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients' teeth, jaws, and other related structures to diagnose malocclusions or abnormalities and develop treatment plans
• Take x-rays of patients' teeth to determine tooth positions
• Construct dental casts or models of patients' teeth using alginate impressions
• Adjust appliances as needed throughout the course of treatment according to the patient's needs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene instructions and preventive measures for oral health maintenance
• Monitor progress through periodic follow-ups with patients
• Maintain detailed records pertaining to each patient's treatment plan

Job Description

The Orthodontist will also perform examinations, diagnostics tests, and monitor the progress of the patient’s condition on an ongoing basis.
