Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Oracle Unifier Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Unifier implementations, upgrades, and support for complex EPC and construction programmes in Dubai.

You will interface with senior stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, govern PMO standards, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Unifier projects.
• Experience in EPC and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Unifier implementation, upgrade, rollout and support engagements.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Drive programme status reporting and executive communications.
• Govern AMS and support services; monitor SLA and KPI performance.

Role Summary

The Oracle Unifier Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation, enhancement, support, and transformation programmes. The role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive management, ensuring successful delivery of PMIS solutions within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead Oracle Unifier implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support engagements.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance and project management standards.
• Drive programme status reporting and executive communications.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with client leadership, PMO teams, project controls, engineering, procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Manage client expectations and escalation resolution.

Service Delivery Management

• Govern AMS and support services.
• Monitor SLA and KPI performance.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure continuous service improvement.

Team Leadership

• Lead functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and data migration teams.
• Manage resource planning and utilization.
• Mentor and coach project teams.
