Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a senior Oracle SCM specialist to lead end-to-end implementations and optimize supply chain processes using Oracle modules. You will design custom solutions, integrate systems, and train end users on best practices to maximize performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes using Oracle SCM modules.
• Develop and implement custom solutions within Oracle SCM.
• Integrate Oracle SCM with ERP, CRM and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide end-user training on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices.

About the job Oracle Supply chain management (SCM)

• Responsibilities:
  1. System Implementation: Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  2. Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle SCM modules.
  3. Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions using Oracle SCM to meet specific business needs.
  4. Integration: Integrate Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and CRM, ensuring data flows seamlessly.
  5. User Training: Provide training to end-users on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices.
  6. Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM-related issues.
  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
  8. Vendor Relationship: Liaise with Oracle representatives and stay updated on product updates and best practices.
  Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Oracle Demand Management.
  2. Certification: Oracle SCM certification is highly desirable.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
  4. Project Management: Strong project management skills to lead SCM implementation projects.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex supply chain processes and design effective solutions.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle SCM issues efficiently.
