Job summary

Yello in Dubai seeks a BI/Analytics professional to develop and enhance reporting across Oracle Retail Insights, Power BI, OBIEE, and SSRS. You will collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations to deliver data-driven insights.

The role requires 3-5 years in BI/Analytics, strong SQL and Oracle skills, and a comfort with data validation and reconciliation. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, OBIEE, Power BI and SSRS.
• Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills, with ETL, data integration and reconciliation.
• Arabic language capability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS, and OBIEE.
• Monitor daily batch processing and data loads, investigating and resolving failures to minimise reporting disruption.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between operational systems and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while adhering to governance and change-management standards.
• Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations teams to deliver reporting improvements and analytical solutions.
