Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a well-established retail organisation in Dubai to hire a BI/Reporting Specialist. You will develop, maintain and enhance reporting across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS and OBIEE to drive data-led decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in BI or analytics, strong SQL and Oracle skills, and collaboration with merchandising, finance and operations. Arabic capability is advantageous; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting environments.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, OBIEE, Power BI, and SSRS.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS, and OBIEE.
Monitor daily batch processing and data loads, investigate and resolve failures to minimise reporting disruption.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between operational systems and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy.
Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements per governance standards.
Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations teams to deliver reporting improvements.
