Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Finance Outsource professional to manage financial reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and invoice processing. The role requires hands-on work with the Oracle GRP financial system and strong collaboration with the finance team.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Arabic, experienced in audit support, asset reconciliation, supplier prepayments, and detailed financial reporting to ensure accurate ledger balances and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial accounting, general ledger, and account reconciliation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle GRP.
• Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in Trial Balance reconciliation and ensuring financial transactions are accurately reflected in account balances.
• Experience in Fixed Assets Reconciliation, ensuring the asset register is accurately aligned with the Trial Balance.
• Hands-on experience in invoice processing and booking.
• Experience conducting monthly inventory reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience reconciling supplier prepayment accounts against the Trial Balance.
• Strong experience in month-end closing and financial book closure activities.
• Experience supporting external audits, including providing financial records, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Ability to provide training and guidance to finance team members on Oracle GRP and related financial processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
• Ability to contribute to financial process improvements and reporting enhancements.
