A leading consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to provide comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion SaaS modules. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, expertise in various Fusion modules, and strong skills in integration management and troubleshooting. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure compliance with business requirements and efficient operation of systems.

Qualifications

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to support Bank Oracle Fusion SaaS modules ( ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, EPM ) and related PaaS applications. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end support, integrations, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Fusion SaaS & PaaS applications.
  • Manage integrations (APIs, OIC, DBCS, third-party systems) and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Support financial closing, payroll processing, and reporting.
  • Handle change requests, testing, UAT, and deployments.
  • Maintain documentation and provide user training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of Oracle Fusion SaaS implementation & support experience.
  • Expertise in Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, EPM).
  • Strong in OIC, REST / SOAP, FBDI, ADFDI, HDL .
  • Skilled in OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, FR Studio .
  • Knowledge of workflows, security, RBAC, and compliance.
  • SQL / PLSQL scripting experience.
  • Familiarity with ITSM / Project Management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
