Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking an experienced Project/Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across multiple workstreams in Dubai. You will lead planning, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires 8–12 years in ERP project delivery, experience across full Fusion lifecycle, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid or on-site work in UAE is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across multiple workstreams (Finance, HCM, SCM, Integrations, Data Migration, Reporting, Testing, Change).
• Maintain integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and delivery tracking; monitor progress and take corrective action on slippage.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), actions, decisions and blockers; run governance cadence and PMO reporting.
• Oversee delivery phases (requirements/fit-gap, configuration, build, SIT, UAT, training, cutover, hypercare) and data migration, security, reporting deliverables.
• Engage with business stakeholders, executives and SI partners; monitor performance, budgets and milestone payments; produce dashboards and executive summaries.
• Ensure quality gates, sign-offs, business readiness and handover to BAU/support teams.

Job description

Role Purpose

Own end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across multiple workstreams, ensuring it lands on time, within budget and scope, and with quality. The role acts as the central point of control for planning, risk management, governance and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Delivery

• Manage day-to-day project delivery across all workstreams (Finance, HCM, SCM, Integrations, Data Migration, Reporting, Testing, Change).
• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and delivery tracking.
• Track progress against agreed milestones and take corrective action on slippage.
• Manage resource plans, capacity and dependencies between internal teams, the SI partner and third-party vendors.
• Manage scope and change control, including impact assessment on time, cost and quality.

RAID & Governance

• Own the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies): identify, assess, assign owners, mitigate and close.
• Manage actions and decisions, and elevate blockers to the Steering Committee promptly.
• Run governance cadence: weekly status meetings, workstream leads meetings, SteerCo and PMO reporting.
• Coordinate cross-workstream activities (e.g. data migration testing cutover, integrations security reporting).

Fusion-Specific Delivery

• Oversee project phases: requirements/fit-gap, configuration, build, SIT, UAT, training, cutover and hypercare.
• Manage delivery of data migration, integrations, security roles and reporting deliverables.
• Plan and control cutover, go-live readiness and go/no-go decisions.
• Manage quarterly Oracle release impact and regression testing during the project.

Stakeholders, Vendors & Finance

• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, executives and the SI partner.
• Monitor SI/vendor performance against contract, SOW and deliverable acceptance.
• Track budget, forecasts and burn rate; support invoicing and milestone payments.
• Produce clear status reports, dashboards and executive summaries.

Quality & Change

• Ensure quality gates, test exit criteria and sign-offs are met.
• Work with the change and training leads to ensure business readiness and adoption.
• Capture lessons learned and support handover to BAU/support teams.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of project/programme management experience in enterprise ERP delivery.
• Delivered 3+ full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations end-to-end (ideally including at least one multi-module programme).
• Strong track record in project planning, milestone tracking and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience managing RAID, dependencies, actions and escalations.
• Experience managing SI partners and multi-vendor delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior level.
• Solid understanding of the implementation lifecycle (Oracle AIM/OUM, agile or hybrid).

Desirable

• Experience with data migration, integration and cutover planning.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
• Oracle Fusion certification or strong functional familiarity with at least one pillar (Finance, HCM or SCM).
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or Primavera.
