Job summary

Mark Williams Recruitment is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion specialist to own and oversee the ERP platform from the business side in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with business users and an external support vendor to triage requests and drive end-to-end changes.

The role requires deep Fusion Cloud experience, with a focus on Financials, Procurement or HCM, and strong vendor management skills to ensure value and quality in a live environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP experience with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
• Depth in at least one area: Financials, Procurement or HCM.
• Working knowledge of Fusion reporting (OTBI/BIP), configuration, approval workflows, data loads and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as in-house owner of Oracle Fusion environment and liaise with business users and external support.
• Triage incoming support requests, analyze recurring problems and escalate when needed.
• Manage end-to-end system changes: gather requirements, review proposals, coordinate testing and obtain business sign-off.
• Review vendor proposals to ensure value and quality.
• Provide functional guidance across finance, procurement and HR processes.
