Job summary

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, configure and optimize Oracle EPM solutions, and translate business requirements into scalable EPM designs.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, workshops, and maintaining system documentation while staying aligned with Oracle EPM roadmaps and best practices. English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT / Consulting.
• Minimum 4–5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in: accounting, budgeting & costing, taxation.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations (requirement gathering to deployment).
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle EPM solutions based on business needs.
• Collaborate with business users on Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting; Cash Flow & Financial Reporting; Tax Reporting.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business requirements into system designs aligned with EPM best practices.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations.
• Support testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Develop basic scripts (calculation scripts, load rules).
• Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations.

About the Role
