Job summary

Involved Solutions in the UAE is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Lead to drive the bank's ERP project on the client side. You will coordinate with the vendor and ensure designs meet bank needs, overseeing configuration decisions for Financials, HCM and Procurement.

The role covers integration with core banking and treasury systems (Oracle Integration Cloud), data migration, SIT/UAT testing, and cut-over readiness.

Qualifications

• Led at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation at a bank.
• Managed Oracle implementation vendor with scope, quality and timeline accountability.
• Experience linking ERP with core banking/treasury systems for integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Oracle implementation vendor: review designs, configurations and delivery plans.
• Capture Finance/HR/Procurement requirements and convert to configuration decisions.
• Cover Financials, HCM and Procurement domains with emphasis on Financials.
• Own Oracle side of integration with core banking/treasury systems; oversee interfaces.
• Lead SIT & UAT testing, defect triage, data migration validation, and cutover readiness.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to the delivery team.
