Job summary

A leading staffing firm is hiring an Oracle DBA to provide enterprise-wide infrastructure support in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Oracle Core database and Oracle Applications. Responsibilities include managing performance, incidents, compliance, and disaster recovery. This role is onsite and offers a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations.
• Excellent technical knowledge in Oracle Core database & Oracle Applications.
• Experience in installations, implementations, patching, upgrade, and administration support for production environment.

About the role

Role: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Onsite in Dubai

Adecco is hiring Oracle DBA - Core & Apps for our prestigious client in Dubai. Oracle DBA will provide enterprise-wide infrastructure support for complex system and interconnected technologies that require day-to-day support and administration in order to maintain optimal performance and utilization with focus on.

About you

• 5+ years of experience at a relevant Technical position in large organizations
• Excellent technical knowledge in Oracle Core database & Oracle Applications.
• Experience in Installations, Implementations, Patching, Upgradation and administration support for production environment.
• Experience in Middleware technologies.
• Experience in Oracle High Availability Technologies (Dataguard and Cluster database system).
• Having knowledge of software’s/tools/utilities associated with databases is a must (Oracle Internet Directory, OEM, OAM, Audit Vault, RMAN, Oracle’s internet Application Server, Import-export, Data Pumps, backup and recovery models).
• Excellent knowledge in oracle database and application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
