Job summary

ESP Engineered is looking for a high-caliber Oracle Functional Lead in Dubai. This dual-faceted role involves overseeing an Oracle Cloud Billing solution and driving a CX Redwood implementation. You will be the primary contact for a key client, ensuring projects align with strategic goals while managing offshore coordination with teams in India. Ideal candidates have 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations, local experience in Dubai/UAE, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations within the private sector.
• Prior experience working with clients in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success working in an Onsite-Offshore model, managing teams in India.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite lead and trusted advisor for all project-related matters.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead daily synchronization with the technical team in India.
• Organize project steering committee meetings and workshops.
• Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Deep functional expertise in accounts receivable, collections, and revenue management.
• Proven experience or strong functional understanding of Oracle CX Redwood.
