A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to manage operational controls and Islamic finance products. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of banking experience, strong leadership skills, and a degree in Banking and Accounting. Responsibilities include overseeing transaction accuracy, compliance with Sharia guidelines, and contributing to departmental budgeting.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Banking experience in Finance origination and after sales service including Syndication and Agency operations.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a centralized portfolio ensuring operational accuracy.
• Authorize SWIFT messages for payments and remittances.
• Conduct quarterly Quality Testing and RCSA submission.
• Review product workflows and recommend enhancements.
• Support departmental budgeting and employee performance appraisals.
