Job summary

A leading entertainment company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a supervisory role focusing on managing a team within water park operations. Candidates must have a strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and prior experience in managing teams in similar settings. This position offers the opportunity to develop staff and ensure operational excellence while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience in theme parks/water parks.
• 3 years of experience in water park operations.
• Hold an active Ellis & Associates Special Facilities International Lifeguard Training Program License.
• Working at Height (OSHAD compliant) qualification is desirable.
• PADI Open water certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Team Leaders and R&A Operators.
• Compile duty schedules and facilitate training programs.
• Communicate information effectively across channels.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Resolve service delivery defects and provide feedback.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
